Iberia Maintenance delivers premium MRO services for 320s, 330 and 340. All operators can benefit from our component repair and overhaul expertise covering a wide service spectrum of all kind of components assembled in these fleets.

Iberia Maintenance offers engine process on CFM56-5A1/-5B, CFM56-7B, V2500 & RB211-535E4, but also power generation systems, associated accessories and thrust reversers.

Efficiency and quality are our objectives in all processes. We employ integrated management systems to ensure the optimization of our services by including Lean, critical chain projects and other continuous improvement programs.

At its installations in Madrid and Barcelona, Iberia Maintenance has 6 hangars with nearly 14 positions and the workshops needed to provide maintenance and material administration services for both wide- and narrow-bodied aircraft. We are a leading provider of maintenance and repair services with programs to meet the needs of every customer, along with the latest technological systems.

Iberia Maintenance provides line maintenance services in Madrid, Barcelona and some 50 strategically-located sites around the world.

Extensive experience and specialization in Airbus A320s, A330, and A340 with versatile teams of engineers and mechanics capable of repairing damage and faults anywhere in the world. Iberia Maintenance is a Member of the European Line Maintenance Organization (ELMO).

The aircraft engine workshop provide maintenance and engineering services to engines, thrust reversers, auxiliary power generation systems, and a wide range of related accessories. The 52,560 m2 workshop and testing bench with a capacity of 90,000 pounds of thrust are located in the Iberia Maintenance facilities at Madrid airport.

Iberia Maintenance has repaired CFM56 engines since 1992. Continuous improvement programs help contain maintenance costs by improving engine performance, particularly that of the V2500. We are the largest independent provider of repair services to the Rolls Royce RB211-535 engine.

Flexibility and personalized solutions ensure the greatest efficiency at the smallest possible cost. Moreover, a large investment in the most advanced technology enables us to perform most of our own repairs and to reduce TATs. We are able to perform more than 450,000 repairs of a variety of engines. Our technicians and engineers are committed to keeping the engines in service and reducing unscheduled interventions.

Our customers can benefit from the experience and skill of our technicians, and from our comprehensive range of components repair capabilities for electromechanical systems, avionics, and interiors, backed by our parts inventory. At its Madrid facilities, Iberia Maintenance boasts more than 14,500 m2 and six specialized production lines for inspection, repair, replacement, and testing of accessories, instruments, and parts for Airbus and Boeing aircraft, as well as their engines.

We offer services that are personalized to suit each customer’s requirements: PBH, Fix Price, T&M, MBKs, etc.

The chief aim of our technical and engineering departments is to reduce flight delays and cancellations related to maintenance activities, and particularly those linked to repeated faults and to parts replacements for not located faults.
